The first round of official, counted Email Voting to clara.dangerofdreams@gmail.com will open on next Tuesday morning at 12:00 a.m. and will close Thursday evening at 11:59 p.m. Each member gets 1 vote per position, 5 votes total. You may use up to 3 votes on the Chairman/Acting Moderator position alone.
Since the Liaison/Acting Moderator position is appointed, not elected; any votes you give in my favor will be disregarded. Any votes you give against me will be taken into account. If there are more votes against me than there are votes for the Chairman/Acting Moderator; he will serve as the Program Moderator; and I will take the Acting Moderator Role. His and my other roles of Chairman and Liaison, respectively, are non-negotiable.
Late Voting in the comments below as replies to comments addressing candidate nominations for crew offices, but no director positions,will continue to be available from Thursday at 12:00 a.m. until Friday at 5:00 p.m. These do not directly influence the votes counted results, but they are meant to help our newly elected leaders gauge which team members the rest of the class prefers for their jurisdiction. Only the crew member with the most votes in each specific area will be elected, subject to the consent of their leader. The others may reapply to their leader through email to be considered as team members.
Please ask me any non-debatable, technical questions about this group at clara.dangerofdreams@gmail. com or in the comments below; but save more specific questions to email your new leaders, who will probably be more help to you in these areas. Their emails will be available on Tuesday morning by 11:59 a.m. by the latest.
